Rose Genele

Rose Genele is an innovative entrepreneur, senior revenue operations leader, and founder, specializing in revenue and transformation in the B2B sector. With a forward-thinking approach, she's a thought-leader driving revenue and impact growth through strategy, operations, and technology.

In her quest to redefine the tech landscape, Rose is committed to empowering organizations with her unique blend of inclusive leadership, data-focus, and strategic thinking.

In addition to founding The New Face of Inclusion Summit, Rose is CEO of revenue and transformation consultancy, The Opening Door, and Co-Chairperson of Canadian Centre for Ethics & Corporate Policy.

Chris MacDonald, PhD

Chris MacDonald, PhD, teaches at Toronto Metropolitan University’s Ted Rogers School of Management, where he is Director of the Ted Rogers Leadership Centre. MacDonald is an award-winning instructor and the author of two textbooks. He is also co-author of the Concise Encyclopedia of Business Ethics and founding co-editor of the Business Ethics Journal Review, both of which are free resources available to students, scholars, and professionals. MacDonald is also co-founder of ChoicePoint Solutions, Inc., a provider of customized digital “mini-simulations” designed to act as a conversation catalyst for training in the areas of ethics, diversity, governance, and more.
