Canada’s 50 – 30 Challenge Accepted!

We’ve joined the Government of Canada’s 50 – 30 Challenge to increase diversity in our workplace. Companies, organizations and not-for-profits across the country have joined the Government of Canada’s initiative to increase the representation and inclusion of under-represented groups in leadership positions.

The challenge is rooted in two aspirational commitments:
1) Gender parity (50%)
2) Significant representation (30%) on boards and senior management
